SMS Opt-In Disclosure PB Club ("we") sends SMS text messages only to members and guests who have actively opted in through our booking platform. This page documents how opt-in is collected so it can be reviewed without an account.
Where opt-in is collected
Opt-in is collected at pbclub.podplay.app, our booking platform, during the checkout flow when a member or guest reserves a session, books a clinic, or signs up for open play. Because checkout requires an account, the opt-in screen is not publicly accessible. A screenshot of the actual opt-in screen is hosted below.

Exact consent language shown to users
The following SMS consent language appears in the waiver every user must accept before completing a booking:
SMS COMMUNICATIONS: By providing your mobile phone number and signing this AGREEMENT, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from PB Club related to your membership, programming recommendations, upcoming clinics, and open play sessions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. PB Club does not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at support@playpbclub.com. For help, reply HELP.
